Kosovo police appeal to citizens to be careful while driving

Pec Police have an appeal for citizens who are participants in communications. Through a media communiqué, police require drivers to respect signs of road communication and adapt to weather conditions some of the many fatal accidents that have occurred in Kosovo are due to [...] neglect.

For this, Kosovo Police appeal to all participants in communications to be careful during the winter season.
“Provided by weather change circumstances, as well as the difficulties created in the flow of vehicles as a result of fog, rain, wind, snow and frost, the Regional Police Directorate in Pec has arranged for the reinforcement of RRoogor Communications Police services in all roadblocks”, the police communiqué says.
The fact is, there will be road police on the streets of the country who will do continuous checks.
The “all road axes will be covered by Regional Communications Units, which will exercise continuous control over the equipment of vehicles with winter tyres, chains, on access to access to roads and fog lights in cases of reducing road visibility, police stress.
