Kosovo analyst shows what the government formation agreement should look like.
Political analyst Naim Rashit has made a prediction on what the agreement on forming the new government, led by the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo, should look like.
He has said the new government should consist of 15 or 16 ministries.
According to Rashit, LVV should take over the post of prime minister, as well as 6 ministries, the LDK should take over the first deputy prime minister and 7 ministries, while minority should take 3 ministries.
Rashit has written on his Facebook account that when the time comes, the chiefs of LDK parliamentary groups and LVV consensusly propose the candidate for president, provided the candidacy is acceptable to at least part of the opposition -- more than votes of the ruling coalition.
In the event of this candidate's failure, according to the same procedure, the heads of LDK and LVV parliamentary groups will get the opposition's approval for the other candidate for president. Of course, the position of president should not remain reserved for political leaders. Parliamentary parties must seek a candidate (one of the MPs or political representatives) Who receives the greatest political support in the” assembly, he wrote.
He has said that if LVV and LDK drag down the process of forming institutions due to the balance of forces, they will do what the past governments have done, as he has said “nothing other than”.
