Knowing the Constitution says Kurt needs 61 signatures to be mandated by the president, but where will he get them?

The Vetevendosje movement, apart from the name for mandate, should also bring the president 61 signatures of MPs, writes Periscopi. So stated university professor Mazlum Baraliu of the Constitution. So stated university professor Mazlum Baraliu of the Constitution.
Baraliu has clarified that the winning election party is obliged to make consultations with the president whether or not it has the numbers to form the government, writes Periscope.
” The constitution says the president makes the necessary consultations to clarify that the winning party has the numbers to make government”, he said at KTV.
That seems to be why Prime Minister Albin Kurti's candidate did not go to a meeting with the country's President Hashim Thaci, who during the day he sent two successive LVV invitations to the termant's appointment.
But where he will provide Albin Kurti 61 signatures, given the fact that the LDK reports are at the lowest point since LVV's proposal unilaterally Glauk Konjufca for Speaker of the Parliament.
Referring to Article 84.1, Thaci's yesterday call was only consultancy, but would mandate Prime Minister Kurti. After the consultancy, the mandate of the mandate takes place, while after that the 15-day legal deadline procedure is initiated.
It is clear that Albin Kurti is trying to take advantage of the time to avoid making any mistakes in step as he did with the Speaker of the Parliament, and perhaps even beg the party of Isa Mustaf for reaching the agreement for co-ordination. /Periscopi/
