Knowing the Constitution says Kurt needs 61 signatures to be mandated by the president, but where will he get them?

Baraliu has clarified that the winning election party is obliged to make consultations with the president whether or not it has the numbers to form the government, writes Periscope.

” The constitution says the president makes the necessary consultations to clarify that the winning party has the numbers to make government”, he said at KTV.

That seems to be why Prime Minister Albin Kurti's candidate did not go to a meeting with the country's President Hashim Thaci, who during the day he sent two successive LVV invitations to the termant's appointment.

But where he will provide Albin Kurti 61 signatures, given the fact that the LDK reports are at the lowest point since LVV's proposal unilaterally Glauk Konjufca for Speaker of the Parliament.
