These are three issues blocking reaching agreement between LVV and LDK

Today, a meeting has been held between the Vetevendosje Movement and the LDK, but has ended without reaching the final agreement on establishing the Government. After the meeting, LVV leader Albin Kurti said no agreement has been reached because there are some things they have not yet agreed to, writes Periscope.
So when we reach the deal, we'll talk a lot. There's progress, but there's no agreement yet because there are things that we haven't agreed on.” - Kurti said.
Analyst Armendi Muja in a prononcim for Periscope Says there are three issues, which are preventing the achievement of the coalition agreement.
According to Muja, the post of president, the prime minister's position and the division of the finance ministries, there are three topics on which these two parties are not being compromised.
First I think this agreement will be reached between these two parties, but there are some issues that are hindering reaching an agreement. The first still behaves around the post of president. The two parties have failed to agree on what will happen to the presidential post.
The second, there is disagreement over the prime minister's issue. The LVV thinks that the Constitution of Kosovo, but also the LDK preliminary agreement, has somehow made the prime minister's post according to principle whoever wins a vote is prime minister with automatism, and thus recognises the country's Constitution. And the third has to do with issues of how and which the minister takes over the appointed parties, concludes the Muja for Periscope.
We understand that two days ago Kurti and Mustafa had met, and through a joint communique, they had said the meeting ended with 100% harmonisation of the governing programme by agreeing to all open issues.
They had stated there would be 12 ministries, and in the coming days, they would select those responsible for joint governance./Periscopi/Zana Rugova/
