Interior Minister Jan Hamcek said police were reported for the attack at seven o'clock Tuesday morning, which took place in the town of Ostrava, in the northeastern part of the country, writes BBC.
According to local media reports, the attacker shot the victims at the trauma clinic, while later all inside the building have been evacuated.
The “Police are demanding the attackers intensively”, authorities announced.
Reports of Czech media said that the assailant was a man dressed in a red jacket and he fired a gun at one of the departments of patients who are not assigned to stay in the hospital.
