This protest movement began last year following the attack on opposition politician Borko Stefanovic in the town of Krusevac last year. They were evacuated after Vucic said he would not accept the protest demands even if 5 million people were on the streets.
Protesters tried to get inside parliament, and called “Hydutes” were heard.
According to organisers, the protest went well and let politicians know that this is no longer the case.
There was no violence. It was our determination to return the institutions of Serbia, the people”, said Bosko Obradovic, leader of the Dveri Movement.
