After the cabinet meeting, Haradinaj said the delay in establishing institutions is negative for the election winner.
“It is good as soon as the country's institutions are created, the burden falls on the election winner. The delay in establishing institutions by winners is immediately minus for them. Those who have promised to stop the extortion of the state could today be in government”, Haradinaj said.
He said there is no opinion about what should happen about The LDK and the VV have taken responsibility to build institutions.
Haradinaj said he would meet Albin Kurti, but not to be part of his government, he said the AAK is opposition and does not see himself part of Kurti government.
