He made these comments after his talks at the Recak Memorial Complex.
Following the certificate of the results of the 6 October parliamentary elections, the constitutional deadline for the institution of the new composition of the Kosovo Assembly is also officially under way.
Under the Constitution, the Kosovo Assembly is elected by a four-year term, starting on the Day of the Constituent Session, held within 30 days of the Day of Certificate of Election Results.
The constitution envisions Kosovo's president calling the first session of the Assembly, but the Assembly can meet itself. / EO
