Along with his colleague, the Health Director in this municipality, Wisar Shehu has been seen in a good mood and enjoying a party of raki, mess, and music, broadcast Indesksonline.
The chaos goes so far with the pleasure of the party that it doesn't intend to climb a chair in the company of many other guests.
The video was published on several Facebook pages, as citizens were seen quite irritated by these actions.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has filed charges against Kasemi and four other officials who were members of the Commission for providing in exchange for the Prizren municipality's Paluate Property and Use.
According to the indictment, the defendants are accused of committing criminal work “Use of official position or authority” under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, the Prosecutor's Office reports.
