Over the last three decades, the rate of cesarean birth cuts (PC) has been growing steadily worldwide, and this has brought concern to both states and international health organisations.
A study conducted in Kosovo on health system factors and sections has confirmed that PCs are being used in excess and are being carried out even in the absence of complications at birth.
With the aim of addressing this disturbing AMC phenomenon is drafting a <x0] police officer Brief” on increasing the number of cesarean births in Kosovo.
The purpose of the table is to discuss among the sides of interest on the causes of growth, consequences and to identify concrete recommendations for preventing and reducing the number of non-needed births with cesarean cuts.
The findings of the table will be included in the collection of policies that will be published by the AMC, which will provide a general mirror and recommendations for health institutions management, medical obstetricians and other interest parties.
