“The closure of the Parliament's constitutional institution already officially paves the way for the flow of other constitutional deadlines for institution creation. The president is obliged in consultation with the Vetevendosje Movement to propose to the Parliament the candidate for prime minister, who must within 15 days present the new composition of the government cabinet and secure votes “for the” of at least 61 Parliament deputies. Although there is no definition regarding the period within which the president must conclude consultation with the first subject, being the guarantor of the constitutional functioning of institutions, it must be that within the more optimistic deadlines of KDI to complete this procedure”, Eugent Cacol from KDI said.
Chocolate has also explained what happens if the first candidate does not have enough votes.
“However, if the proposed candidate does not ensure the necessary number of votes, then the president must propose another candidate within 10 days, according to the same procedure.
