The Special Department of the Court of Appeals has confirmed the prison sentences of A.L., R.H., F.G., F.A., F.S. and Mr. In this way, this court has left it in force, part, the Act of Foundation Court in Gjilan, 16.07.2019.
According to which the first three indictees were found guilty because of criminal activity: “Precipience or organisation of the organised criminal group” regarding criminal activity: “Blerje, possession, distribution and unauthorized narcotics sales, psychotropy and analogo” and were tried, A.L. and R.H, more than 11 years in prison, while the F.G. to eight years in prison.
The accused F. A, he was convicted because of criminal work “Blerje, possession, distribution and unauthorized distribution of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue” and was sentenced to 4 years in prison.
Meanwhile, accused F.S. and Mr.B. had been convicted, each due to criminal offence: “Penal Work Assistance Jean”, the first in 2 years in prison, while the second in 1 year in prison.
The Appeals College has approved the Special Prosecutor's complaint and, under official duty, regarding the other two indictees in this case, G. A and L.N., and the case has turned into retrial and restoration.
Also, with the approval of the prosecution complaint, the vehicle has been confiscated BMW X 5, which accused A.L. For committing a crime.
The Appeals College has also partially approved complaints by defendants A.L., R.H. F.G. and F.A. So that the punishment is lightened for them, and they are fined.
In other cases the court's act of first-instance has remained unchanged.
