Thaci had invited Vetevendosje's candidate for prime minister, Albin Kurtin, for the third time today at 10 o'clock to go to his office to warrant the formation of government.
Kurt also rejected this invitation, and on the last day of the year, President Thaci will be declared before the media.
The president's office has announced that today at 12:30, Thaci will hold a press conference.
Kurti in the denial letter told President Thaci that he will be ready to meet him on January 6, 2020.
President Thaci has yet to issue any statements about Kurt's request.
