Brian Spahiu relates how the policeman killed his brother

The entire event, according to the investigative family, is believed to have occurred around 05 a.m. today.

The victim's brother, Lulzim away for Express, relates that today the brother was prepared to go to the market to sell his cattle.

We loaded the cattle in the truck this morning. We headed to Novoberd, where we planned to sell the cattle. I don't know much about what happened.
