850 British soldiers based there represent the largest operating establishment of the United Kingdom in Europe.
The prime minister also stressed Britain's commitment to Natto and its defence for Estonia's eastern border with Russia.
It is playing a key role in the Baltic mission of the Atlantic alliance.
