The 7th Parliament of Kosovo legislature was constitutionalised yesterday, where Glauk Konjufca was elected Speaker of the Parliament, but without any preliminary agreement with the LDK.
The issue of the Speaker of the Parliament was one of the most controversial points between VVé and LDK, which failed to make arrangements to establish government.
And this blockade between these two parties can also bring new elections, since VV cannot form Government alone.
For new elections, Astrit Haraqi from LDK has also warned that he will be a candidate for deputy in this election.
