Through a communiqué to the media, Appeals has announced that the Constitutional Court's election of April 24th has been cancelled, and that the case has been returned to the first-degree court in retrial and re-establishment.
“The Court of Appeals, after giving more attention to the first degree act, complaints of defenders as well as subject papers, have come to the conclusion that the bias is involved with substantial violations of criminal procedure provisions, and the actual situation has been proved in a non-complete and wrong manner, for which to cancel and the case to return to retrial<x1, the communicate said.
