Albania boycotts Nobel Handken secession ceremony

Albania's delegated Foreign Minister, Gent Cakaj, has indicated that the Albanian state has ordered Albania's Ambassador to Sweden to boycott the solemn ceremony of the division of the Nobel Prize for Literature for Peter Handken.
