Also, at the order of the state prosecutor, there have been 48 hours 12 people, as well as seven (7) requests for the detention of seven (7) persons suspected of committing various criminal acts.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed a (1) indictment against three (3) persons for criminal work “Organising and participation in terrorist group”.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, over the last 24 hours, at the order of the caretaker prosecutor, has detained three (3) suspected persons, and this prosecutor has filed four (4) requests for the detention of four (4) suspected persons, and has filed fourteen (14) charges against fifteen (15) persons for various criminal acts.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, over the past 24 hours, has filed with the competent Court a (1) request for the appointment of the detention measure for a (1) person, and has filed thirteen (13) charges against 20 people for various criminal acts.
The Founding Prosecutor in Pec, over the last 24 hours, has halted five (5) persons suspected of various criminal acts. Also, this prosecutor has made a (1) request for the detention assignment of a (1) defendant for criminal work “Kanu in the family”. Also, this prosecutor has filed ten (10) charges against ten (10) persons for various criminal acts.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan has banned a (1) person for 48 hours and has filed eight (8) charges against eleven (11).
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, over the last 24 hours, has banned a (1) suspected person in 48 hours' length and has filed four (4) charges against seven (7) persons for various criminal acts.
Within 24 hours, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica has banned a (1) person because of criminal activity “Grabbitje”, and a (1) person due to criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analoge”. Moreover, Mitrovica's Constitutional Prosecution has made a (1) request for the detention assignment of a (1) person because of the criminal act” getting drunk”. Also, this prosecutor has filed 13) charges against 13 (13) persons for various criminal acts.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj, over the past 24 hours, has filed 15 (15) charges against sixteen (16) people for various criminal acts.
