According to Indesksonline portal sources, the Special Anti-Corruption Department under the Kosovo Police has completed investigations into the issue and has raised criminal speculation against the Ministry of Infrastructure's two senior officials.
The same sources stress that there is Minister Paul Lekaj, and his adviser Eset Berisha, who is suspected of misusing official office.
The criminal charge has been handed over to Kosovo's Special Prosecutor since October. But even after more than two months, the prosecution has yet to take any concrete steps, Periscope follows.
