In this criminal case the prosecutor of the preliminary procedure has approved the prosecutor's proposal for the detention assignment, because if the fugitive was found in freedom, the same could leave his home and be elusive by the prosecution organs and hinder the development of the extradition procedure.
Defendant M. J is a citizen of the Czech Republic, which is wanted by Czech authorities for fraud.
Interpol's arrest warrant has been issued for him, dated 05.12.2019, at the request for his extradition to the authorities of the Czech Republic.
