Thus has the chairman of the United Trade Union of Education, Science and Culture, Nundman Jasharaj.
SBASK, through a statement, had announced that during today, together with the heads of the Federation of Kosovo Health Union - FSSHK as well as Kosovo Police Union - The SPK has met with the ombudsman.
At this meeting they have asked Hilmi Jashar to clarify the situation regarding the Law of the Salaries, since he will follow the Civil Service Law in Constitution and believe that the same could happen to the Law on the Salat.
Jasharaj, in a proposal for Periscope, says they sought accountability from the ombudsman on the issue.
We met with the ombudsman today and showed him that the Law on the Salat is being said to be not implemented in December. Teachers are expecting a change pay, it means by law, and if it doesn't happen we'll respond to the strike because institutions have after 9 months to deal with this issue. If the law doesn't apply, then it turns out someone's been making fun of the people, Yasharaj ends up.
Under the new law, the lowest monthly salary is that of the house of 322 euros, 621 euros is the salary of high school teachers, university professor will receive 150 euros, chief prosecutor 1 912 euros, Prime Minister 2151 and Kosovo's president from December will receive the monthly salary worth 2390 euros.
We remember that the Law on Salaries was adopted in February of this year, while it entered into force on November 2nd of this year./Periscopi/Zana Rugova/
