Police say it's been called and reported a stab incident at a local area near the bridge around 2:00.
Journalist John McManus from the BBC, who was present at the scene, confirmed that he saw a group of people involved in a bridge fight. The police then came and heard the shooting of a gun, he said.
Police then advised people in the vicinity of the scene to follow orders and leave.
