Tomorrow protest against August's decision to contest scholarships

Student Council of the Faculty of Arts, led by student organisation “REFORMA”, opposes the decision, as they have called the discriminatory of August for the stock competition, for students of the University of Pristina.

The council has invited students together to seek a right with inclusion.

We are opposed to thereby discriminated against prominent students who have achieved high results in their studies, this scholarship competition announced by the Ministry of Education is a concern for us, not including the arts faculty that is quite specific and well-equipped with Pristina University regulations and statute. Knowing that the expenses on this falculate are quite high and sometimes unaffordable to students who, until the past year, have taken advantage of their access to scholarships from the Ministry of Education, which has been a big cover and relief for repurchasing tools spent during studies. Where the promises of the Ministry of Education remained that the stock market budget will grow year-on-year, the opposite is now emerging, overestimating the number of stock exchanges for discerning students, this seems to have been used more for electoral parafus, and they do not see the will and incentive of students to achieve excellent results in studies”, the report says.

According to organisers, they are not against the criteria, but they are against the fact that there is no involvement.
