The inhabitants of one of the palaces in Thumana that collapsed today, as a result of the 6.5 magnitu earthquake, had sought help two months earlier.
One of the relatives of one of the people left trapped under the rubble told Top Channel that authorities had reported damage to the palace since the 21 September earthquake. According to this person, no provision was taken by the authorities to help residents, some of whom today have lost their lives.
“Go where? Sleep in tents? No measure was taken from”, showed one of the people who said his uncle's son was trapped in ruins.
Currently, three victims have been registered in Thumana, but many others are reportedly still in ruins. /Top Channel
