Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has refused to talk about how he will give the mandate to Vetevendosje Movement leader Albin Kurti for forming the new government.
In journalists' questions during meetings in Prekaz on the November 28th note, he has responded to “Thank you”, “urime”.
