That's how the student's sexual harassment story started by the 62-year-old teacher.

I was with a friend and we were cleaning up school. Cleaning up, my teacher says: Leave his friend his rag and come to class. He said, When I signal you, why don't you go outside? I asked him why would I go out? If you don't come out, I'll put you on four- he said and kissed me. I left”. [...]
So began the story of the teacher's sexual harassment, Nedhat Tepelena, to his student, for whom he was sentenced to three years and six months in prison by the Gjirokastra Court.
In April 2018, 62-year-old Tepelena was publicly denounced by his former student at a 9-year-old school “Ali Hajdini”, of Delvina Castle Village. The girl claimed that the teacher had pressured her for the grade and then kissed her on her lips.
Sexual harassment was kept secret for two months because of prejudice. It was the girl's mother who made the abusive case public. She initially did not want history to be made public because of prejudice.
Faced with the girl's refusal to go to school, parents have denounced the 60-year-old teacher, reports “abc”.
In June 2018, Neshat Tepelena was released from prison. At the re-evaluation hearing of the security measure, the prosecution asked for timeless prison until the test release, but the court imposed only submissions for the teacher.
According to Kala village residents, the teacher had been involved in such events earlier, on one occasion even the case went to the Education Directorate, but passed by with only remarks.
