Health experts caution that the best option is to focus on preventing possible infections.

Second, always take a pocket headscarf with you. Research has shown that its use reduces the number of respiratory infections.

Conscientious individuals cough or sneeze in their head rather than in the air around themselves or arms, reducing the possibility of spreading the virus.

If you are sick, you should think of others and protect them as much as possible during this period.
