The State Prosecutor announces the opinion that 45 charges against 54 people for various criminal acts have been filed during the last 24 hours by the fundamental prosecutors.
Also, ten (10) persons have been detained at the order of the state prosecutor, as well as eight (8) requests for the appointment of nine (9) persons suspected of various criminal acts.
The State Attorney has made three (3) requests for temporary confirmation A request has been made because of suspicion of criminal activity “forest destruction”, where by what means the cases have been seized:
One (1) tractor and
One (1) motor saw.
Next request was made due to alleged criminal activity “Forging” documents, with which the documents have been seized:
One (1) Golf 2.
While the next request was made due to suspicion of criminal activity “Counterfeiting” documents, with which the documents have been seized:
One (1) GOLF 4 car.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, over the last 24 hours, at the order of the caretaker prosecutor, has detained three (3) suspected persons. In addition, this prosecutor has filed four (4) requests for appointment of the detention measure for four (4) suspected persons, and has filed 16 (16) charges against seventeen persons for various criminal acts.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, over the past 24 hours, has filed a (1) request for the detention assignment of a (1) person suspected of criminal activity “Kanosja”. While, three (3) charges against three (3) were filed by this prosecutor for various criminal acts introduced in the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
