Kosovo President Hashim Thaci is on his way to Albania to visit areas affected by the earthquake.
President Thaci's escort was seen earlier passing the Calimash tunnel.
He will first visit Thummanen, which is the most affected area by yesterday's earthquake that left at least 27 people dead and over 600 injured.
Along with President Thaci is KSF Commander Nakman Rama.
Otherwise, Albania has been hit yesterday by quakes with power 6.4 on the Richter scale, the most powerful in the last 30 years.
