Seventy-eight percent location recount

On the ninth day, Thursday, 133 locations have been recounted.

So far, 1101 countries have been recounted, or 78.25% of the total 1407 seats, writes Periscope.

Otherwise, the recount process is expected to be completed within this week, with Sunday seen as the most likely possible by CEC officials.

Valmir Elez, spokesman from the CEC, speaking of Periscope, had confirmed that the recount will end this Sunday.
