He in this conversation has stressed that without an agreement being reached with Serbia, there is no possibility that Kosovo will be integrated into the international system.
The “once and for all time resolution of relations between Kosovo and Serbia through full normalisation remains the strategic priority of the US, which will have influence on the people here but also in the region, because it will free both countries from the tradition of hostility”, Palmer said.
“We see no possibility of your country's integration into the international system that did not include reconciliation with Serbia”, Palmer said. /Periscopi
