North Korea has named former US Vice President Joe Biden, “a rabid dog” that “should be shot to death with a stick”
Beden is currently competing to win the Democrats' nomination for presidential elections to be held in the US in 2020.
The language used on November 14 is also unusual for North Korean standards, which occasionally has a harsh vocabulary when describing people whom he views as enemies.
