According to MPJ, these statements are wrong and these two processes are not connected.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo estimates that it is wrong to try some new officials in Brussels to launch the idea that the Liberalisation of visas for Kosovars can connect with the outcome of dialogue between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Serbia”, the report said.
MPJ says this idea is not only a gross violation of the right to free movement, but also a mix of two issues, so two processes that cannot and should not be interconnected.
Dialogue as the only means to preserve lasting peace and security in the region between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Serbia aims to build the foundation for establishing good inter-party relations, the MPJ says.
And according to the MPJ, dialogue between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Serbia and processes between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union must walk apart and without conditions.
“Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo should not be held hostage to the interested ideas “”, reckless and imposing whims and wills, regardless of who comes up as an idea”, the communiqué says.
The MPJ further emphasises that dialogue should have its own course and should not be met in action by ideas aimed at changing the context of resolving problems posed by the Kosovo Republic of Serbia, in a regional context, or in processes Kosovo has faced with official Brussels.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo estimates that imposed and superior non-construction will overload the agendas, because enforcements and deviations have prefixes of misunderstanding and misinterpretation, and that they will find themselves in consensus to offer acceptable solutions” in the end.
