Mogher officially gives the mandate to Borrell

Mogherin during her five-year term was engaged intensively in negotiations between Kosovo and Serbia.

Recently, she was charged by politicians in Kosovo, mostly by incumbent Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, that she is supporting the idea of exchanging territories.
