In addition, they say they have no official announcement that until they face this situation, KTV reports.
And on this issue, businesses in which exams are being conducted are also complaining of damage.
The Ministry of Infrastructure stated weeks ago that all of this has happened because of the lack of examiners, who has expired with the new Law for Public Officials, there has been uncertainty.
And in another written answer, this minister says he's making the movement of examiners, who still have contracts, as this has been the only option not to completely block the testing system by adding that they are committed to solving this problem as soon as possible.
“in this situation should be thought of as a solution between the new Law No.06/L%114 for public officials and Administrastration Guide No. 08/2016, so that the interrogators can be engaged in supporting the provisions of the new Law for public officials and in the past engaged under Article 12 of the Civil Service Law No. 03 L-149 deals for special services. At the moment, to not completely block the candidate testing system, in collaboration with entity co-ordinators, we are making the daily movement of active questionnaires as the only option not to completely block the testing system. We are committed to soon finding a solution along with the Ministry of Public Administration (MAP) to continue normalising the work of taking the patent-viser exam”, the Infrastructure Ministry says in response.
But communications experts say it is unfair to candidates and that the ministry, the selecting of people for these positions, has turned it into politics.
Months earlier, Kosovo police had conducted an action, with nearly 23 persons arrested, including examiners, suspected of patent-scoring.
