The recounting of votes increases the legitimacy of the election process, despite being reluctant to change the election results, nor the ranking of political subjects.
The only subject that can be subjected to change in election results is coalition NISMA/ AKR/PD, which has very narrow results, with only 21 votes above the 5% threshold. Such a small number of 21 votes, which make the threshold or waste gap below the threshold, could potentially be affected and by the slightest error during the counting process, which could happen on October 6th.
