The first data say that this earthquake's epicentre is the Adriatic Sea, with a scale of Richter, 6.4, but other earthquakes also follow in Albania's Vora and Coman.
This has caused strong quakes, especially in Tirana and Durres.
However, director of the Kosovo Seismological Institute Shemsi Mustafa has reacted first with a Facebook status, where he has called for not to cause panic of citizens.
Please do not panic citizens in the morning hours Albania has been hit with powerful earthquakes, and that is why Kosovo's territory has also been shaken and the wider” wrote the director.
Following the earthquake, several citizens in Pristina have taken to the streets because of fears of any next earthquake.
