The request for licencing by “Banka Creditins Kosova” handed down to the BQC has been positively assessed based on the Law requirements for banks, microfinance institutions and nonbank financial institutions and regulations for the licensing of foreign banks and banks.
“Banka Creditins Kosovo” has seen offering on our country's banking market a wide range of contemporary banking services with competitive conditions.
Its only founder and shareholder is “Banka Credits St. A.” from Albania, which operates in 2003 and is one of the largest banks.
During the next period, the subject “Banka Creditins Kosovo” must complete all legal conditions for starting its operations.
Consequently, with the Central Bank's affirmation about meeting these conditions, subject “Banka Credins Kosova” qualifies to potentially obtain the license to operate as the new bank in our country, which, public opinion will be long informed, says the BEC report.
