Jakup Krasniqi brother Arian Krasniqi's son High standard official and Tourism quality at the Tourism Department in the Ministry of Trade and Industry has been suspended due to the physical attack on the ministry's secretary, Burim Rreci.
The suspension decision that “Front Online” reportedly prevented Krasniqi from entering the MTI facility until making another decision.
At point 3 of the verdict, Krasniqi's suspension is said to be in conform payment under 58 paragraphs 4 of Law No.06/L-14 for public officials.
The reasoning of the decision provided by “Front Online” further states that following the presentation of the disciplinary case on the 12th,11,2019th by Mr. Tourism Department Director Mr. Irfan Lipovica over the physical attack, which took place in the secretary-general's office at 11,11.2019 by civil official Arrian Krasniqi, the disciplinary commission has gathered in 15,11,2019, has reviewed the case and decided to comply with the law in power.
