Journalist Kastriot Myftaraj shows how various states exploit these disasters to make “page” without understanding the viewer instead of really helping.
Kastriot Myftaraj: When a country happens to be hit by a wave of earthquakes, previously unknown to focus on an area of the country that, although it has been with seismic shocks in the past, still has not had that frequency and strength. So when a country is in such a situation, it reacts to the seriousness that characterizes it. Non-serious countries return to the show without understanding viewers, whether totalitarian or not, give the view of melodrama where the government of screens tears, propagandists, has some criticism of the government. Obviously, without criticism it does not, but the general is positive, as once stated in communism's time and, as it is today, with the greatest cunning. And the government itself is doing the part of the appearance, the public show where its duties are bigger and more serious. A government, a truly serious state, took steps to understand what is happening. It turns out that we have neither had nor have true seismological science, and that's understood for the technological costs needed.
