The first blast occurred at 1: 00 a.m. on Wednesday morning, hurting three workers who are already in the hospital. The TPC Group, which operates with the plant, confirmed that all its workers had been counted.
Debris from the blasts caused “large damage” across the city, police have said, with residents telling local newspapers that their doors and windows were broken by all that power, writes Independent, translates Periscopi.
