Election panel for Ances and Parastres agreed earlier this week to coalition complaint Initiative - AKR-PD for votes from Serbia. But towards this PZAP decision, the Vetevendosje Movement, three candidates for MPs of this party respectively: Alban Hyseni (VV), Arta Baraliu (VV) and Enver Haliti (VV) complained at the Supreme Court. In the Supreme decision, it was said that VV candidates “were not violated with the right to choose, as the same have been given the opportunity to vote and choose and run for deputies, but in the concrete case, the ballots from the Republic of Serbia have not been reached in the CEC in a fair manner and in accordance with the Law on General Elections and KEC rules of”.

The charges and counter-accuses before this VV complaint and the Supreme decision

The complaint of Vetevendosje's deputies to the Supreme Party would be the beginning of the charges and against fierce accusations between the VV party and the Initiative. Vetevendosje as a party did not react to this initiative indictment, but was one of the most voted deputies in the October 6th elections, Albulen Haxhiu, who would thus write:

“Today I realized that the Serbian List has not complained at the Supreme Court about PZAP's decision. Do you think? Limaj and the Sheriff, before they slander the Movement, let them show us what they did with the Serbian List. You got it. The Bazaar does not pass”, Haxhi wrote on Facebook.

Friday's charges between Initiative and VV

Friday morning (November 15th 2019), the Social Democrat Initiative has complained that its observers have observed irregularities and, according to them, were facing pressure from Vetevendosje members.

  “We as a political party, are constantly carrying this development, and throughout these days of recounting, observers have observed many irregularities and have faced pressures of changes from LVV members to the CEC”, the Initiative communiqué reported. LVV representatives in the CEC, respectively. Nazley Balaj and Mr. Adnan Rruture has repeatedly intervened at the ballot recounting tables, threatening and blackmailing staff and observers engaged in the QNR. But, as the two parties continue on charges against each other, over 1400 seats are being re-counted in the CNR and with votes cancelled by Serbia ) according to the Supreme Initiative decision becoming part of the Assembly.
