The Central Election Commission is awaiting electoral panel decisions for the Ancess and the Supreme Court and will act in accordance with their decisions, while then it will be able to proceed for the certificate of final results.
So has KEC spokesman Valmir Elez said of Kosova Preress, according to which the Central Election Commission is pending decisions by the Election Panel for Ances and Parashtre over complaints that have been filed in this institution, but the Supreme Court should also be expected if any complaints are submitted to in this institution by the disgruntled party with the PZAP decision.
“When the certificate results of the elections will occur, we cannot now know the exact date, but we know that the outcome of the elections is certified as these institutions decide about all complaints that are filed as well as after the Central Election Commission takes all the steps required through these” decisions, he said.
The Electoral Panels for Ances and Parashtres have submitted 100 complaints by political parties and their candidates for MPs, and there are 72 hours to review complaints. While, after that deadline, the dissatisfied parties have the right to file a complaint with the Special Court within 24 hours, then there are 72 hours to decide.
After this procedure, the CEC must respect the decisions of these two institutions and then certify results.
