He retired on that date, and on the basis of the BSPK statute and the Law on Union Organisation of Kosovo, he would have to release this position.
But he has refused to do so for two months now.
And this, despite the fact that he himself had initiated changing the article of the current statute that envisions retirement.
Heidi's resistance not to loosen the chairman's chair is considered illegal by other BSPK members.
Hajdini himself refuses to admit that he is committing a legal offense until he calls the actions and statements of other union members bad games.
According to him, someone is trying to get their hands on BSPK for personal interests, which he says will not allow, KTV reports.
According to him, the statute which is in force is not worthy of him, but of the rest of the heads on the way, because he is chosen with old rules.
However, other unionists have already called the BSPK Council meeting for the weekend, and it is expected to be decided on whether the chairman's task will be elected, either of the two current deputy chairmans.
