Professor and philosopher Blerim Latifi says each government in Kosovo is destined to fail.
Latifi predicts it will happen even with the next government, expected to be formed by the LV coalition. V-LDK.
That will happen, says Latifi, because it is objectively impossible to bridge the deep gap that exists amid the great expectations people have from the government and its limited financial resources.

Usually when political rotations occur, people are involved in a kind of enthusiasm that things will move in the right direction from now on. In Kosovo, this enthusiasm quickly passes, because it is soon understood that the fate of the new government, more or less, will be similar to that of past governments. Each government in Kosovo is destined to fail because it is objectively impossible to bridge the deep gap that exists amid the high expectations people have from its government and limited financial resources. When all of this is added to the mismanagement of these resources and corruption of the incoming militants in power, then failure is only accelerated and mandated prematurely.
