Black tea, or Russian tea, does not come from Russia. Everyone consumes it, but no one knows where this warm drink comes from
Such tea is produced mostly in India and Sri Lanka, but during the various wars that were fought in ancient times, the Russian army used this tea because there was a shortage of bread at that time.
From that period, from time to time, this tea arrived to be exploited in the Ottoman Army, and then it caused it to penetrate the Balkans into Albanians.
Since then this drink has remained popular for Albanian families.
Black tea in the former Yugoslavia has come as a product from Russia, and for that reason, they are referred to as Russian tea and not as black tea.
The taste of tea depends on the quality of the tea, the water in which is boiled, and the vessel in which it is prepared.
Even the way this type of tea is served in Kosovo differs from other countries, as serving this tea continues in the Turkish style and European countries serve it differently in Kosovo. Meanwhile, England is known as one of the most consumed black teas.
It would be ideal for tea to be water free of chlorine, vessels for boiling it from neutral material, and ibric tea from glass or porcelain.
