He has recently published such a message claiming to be called by a citizen for a damaged building.
However, commentators have crucified Berisha, saying that I am not leaving this situation without using it.
There are even those who tell him he took these people and sheltered them in his villas.
Berisha has published this message with a photo showing him by telephone and by tie.
