Former BBC reporter and Channel 4, Tazeen Ahmad, has passed away at the age of 48 after a battle with cancer. Ahmad was among Asia's first Muslim women to rise to the top of British journalism, and he also won numerous awards for her work.
In a statement announcing her death, Ahmed's brothers said: “We are extremely proud of what she accomplished, both mother, journalist and writer.
