Falsification of Swiss expertise report for case “
After analyzing autopsy videos and photos done by Kosovo Republic legal doctors during the autopsy of Astrit Dehari's body, experts from the Romande Unit of Forenzit Medicine of the Ramande University Law Medicine Centre in Lozanne, Switzerland, require the change and completion of specific points of expertise conducted in Kosovo.
In terms of injuries seen by the young man's external examination of the body, Swiss experts demand the change and fulfillment of 15 diagnosiss, numbering 15 points, on pages 24-25 of the June 14th 2019 report.
The first issue Swiss experts lay for revision has to do with the diagnosis of signs seen in the upper, medium, and premedian, on the right side of the forehead, on the hair - covered side, about 4.5cm above the right eyebrow, stretched over a surface of about 4cm.
In the Kosovo Institute of Legal Medicine autopsy report, these signs are diagnosed “when damaged” (textinally “). This diagnosis is dismissed by Swiss expertise, because the four red tablets seen in the upper, middle, and paramedian sides of the right side of the forehead, in the hair-covered part of Astrit Dehari, are parchment plates”.
To make clear the fundamental difference in the interpretation of these plaques on the forehead of the late Astrit Dehari, Swiss experts attach special importance to explaining the notions they use.
In contrast to the haemia, which is a surface injury to the skin and that is apparent for a short time, <x0ecemosis (dejectives) is the result of violent actions caused by severe (body crash with one or many hard things, GODITION MAKE FROM A MORE SERVANT OF FORTA, intense local spruce”. (The capital writing is designed to attract attention).
In the Albanian translation of expertise, this definition is thus translated: “Echahymosis are the consequences of open trauma (the body crash against one or many oppressive objects, strong local pressures”.
We're not talking here about the level of translation of this definition. What should be emphasized in this context is that the translation has removed sentences that establish that such injuries can also be caused by the <x0).
The reasons for the removal of this sentence are clear: to avoid any sentence that might imply that the injuries Astrit Dehar has suffered may be the result of violent shocks.
Who removed this sentence from Swiss forensics expertise? If the translator did it and claimed not to have known that in French language the expression “traumatism consanant” means the whole of violent acts that cause broken wounds and skin cuts, caused by strong, unsnarly, or that no one who has completed studies in French can say that in French <x> he doesn't know that in French <2coupus rechus pun/des obds ex> means <x> that <x> means <goiddocide, which has taken over a certain item or more --<5> Especially does Ismail Ismail, the translator of this document, well know this: “The scientific report should be translated almost literally. I have not dared to interpret the claims of forensic experts”. In the actual case it was cut as with scissors “word after word” the sentence implying that the Astri t Dehar was hit.
Manipulation with the above - mentioned definition is just one of the shocks received by the Swiss expertise report through translation. We'll go back to this case once more when we discuss the full context of this sentence in the expertise of the Swiss. Then, even more clearly, the real purpose of certain sentences were removed.
The second issue that Swiss forensic experts clarify is the term “plaque parchment”. Plates are defined as “placa that form as a result of the drying of skin that occurs at death in damaged epidermia areas by violent action caused by violent shocks (body crash with one or many hard things, GODIE MAKE FROM A MORE SERVANT, intense local sprain, with a force exercising pressure associated with a hissing movement”.
In the Albanian translation of expertise, this definition is translated in this way: “Plates of parchment are the result of the passive drying of the skin, in view of the epiderma cleaning areas following the open traumas (the body crash against one or many oppressive objects, strong local pressures) with a tangenic component”.
Again I will not handle the scientific rendering “literally”. Even in this context, there is the fact that the translation has removed sentences that establish that such injuries can also be caused by the “shocks received from one or more solid”.
The person who removed this sentence from the translation may not have known that in French language, the expression <x0une compentinele” means “a force that exerts pressure associated with a hissing movement”, but one thing must be known: however hard they can attempt to “reduce the sentence”, “that is done by one or more strong” in the case <x8) They were deliberately removed from the text of Swiss expertise.
The diagnosis of injuries listed in the upper, medium and pre-median side of the front, in the hair-covered part of Astrit Dehari as “plaque pergame” is extremely significant. Parchments are not signs of superficial skin injury, but their appearance of skin receiving several hours after death in places where internal tissue or organs have been caused by severe shocks. Therefore, deep muscle cuts must be made during autopsy, to highlight inter-leuth or cross-muccular echemosis, which may not appear at the time of the examination.
In addition to the injuries on the forehead of Astrit Dehar, the autopsy report of the Kosovo Institute of Legal Medicine and injuries seen on the side of the neck, on the right side and on the lower side of the left front is given diagnosis <x0). Swiss forensics expert refutes Kosovo's forensics team's diagnosis, because injuries, to the neck and forebears of Astrit Dehar, are not superficial injuries, but parchment plates, which express internal injuries to tissue or organs from the crackdown on hard things.
Swiss forensics cite the opinion of Kosovo's legal doctors, under which <x0 intelligence on the right side of the neck side (latero-cevical), in the upper frontal part (frontal-superial) and on the inside side of the left-wing pre-wing could have been caused during the medical performance to restore him to life or by the immediate muscle recovery that accompanying him in preventing breathing routes during contact with a subject of cenascence of crime<>
Swiss experts disagree with this interpretation. According to their observations, the large number of parchment plates on the right side of the neck (laeralo-cevical), globally, can be divided into two caves. The first group consists of linear parchment plates, steep from the top down and before the body, mainly parallel among them, placed on the same axis with surface wounds on the same spot. However, they are caused by violent action by strong, not sharp means. The second group consists of parchment tablets of different sizes and shapes; some in arch form; and generally form a round arch in front. In our opinion, there is no persuasive mechanism that would explain how these parchment elders could have appeared during the body's transport, during attempts to restore it to life, or during the muscle contraction of an instant hour. In fact, we don't have areas where transport seizures take place (in the case of transportation); we don't have areas where emergency medical interventions are made (in the case of efforts to bring it back to life) and no extreme areas of body, such as nose, ear, apple Adam, elbow, which would have been crashed with obstacles in the case of transport or muscle shock ... Even though they might be caused by the body's transport, actions to restore it to life, or by contraction, muscle vision, or injury, where these areas are not reflected in the first of these injuries, one of these mechanisms.
The three ossuaries on the inside of the right foreground may be affected by a handhold. They may have been caused during transport or medical efforts to restore it to life, as presented by legal doctors. However, a hand grasp of the type when a person is embarrassed cannot be disfellowshipped and should be mentioned”.
Following the emphasis on inaccuracies containing the autopsy that Kosovo's forensic team has done over injuries seen in the external examination, Swiss experts point to injury in the corner of the lower jaw at the front of its right side. This injury is not mentioned at all in the Kosovo forensic team's autopsy.
When it comes to injuries in the lower jaw, Kosovo's forensic team at 4th point in the autopsy report of November 7th 2016 is limited to the injury seen in the lower jaw corner of the jaw, at its right hand, about 4cm from the lower end of the earlobe” and it gives the diagnosis to the <x2ndoffic red (reserme) in an egg form, pink about 10xmm. Similar reds are also found on the lower right-hand front page (3 in number) next to each other, measuring 5x5m to 128mmm, and on the outside of the right hand slap, at the third finger root level; measuring about 12x10m to 12x8mmm, and on the outside of the right hand slap, at the root of the third finger; measuring around 12x10m”.
According to Swiss experts, this is not “red (eremes)”, but bruises.
“Ekimosis in the lower jaw corner on the right side and in the front of the lower jaw on the right side may also have been caused during actions to restore it (type <x1headtilt/chin Lif” or “yrus), but are not characteristic of the injuries related to the body's transport or transport. On the other hand, these echemosis (migrations) are observed in the characteristic areas of injuries caused during the neck, type armelin (“clé de Bras”, or other forms of neck violence. Because of this fact, such an injury mechanism cannot be disfellowshipped and should be mentioned”.
In this context alone, the real reason for the counterfeiting of Swiss forensics' definition of <x0] as a result of violent acts, caused by violent shocks by hard things (body crash with one or many hard things, GODIE MAKE FROM A MORE SERVANT OF FORTA, intense local spruce”. The same way of removing sentences was used in parts of the text of the Swiss expertise report.
Thus, in the area of injuries seen even by external examination, Swiss expertise numbers four injuries, which are not described in the Kosovo autopsy report.
As the first injury not described in the Kosovo autopsy report, Swiss experts mention “NJ It's a KAFE NEIGHT NEIGHT IN POSECH FOOOOD IN THE SUCH EXPARME PART (ANTERO-INFERIORE) T It's like:
FJ AlIL IS ALL PLAIN!
From the translator's claim that he made a literal rendering “scientist for the Swiss report, someone has used the “censor cutting method word after word” of the whole sentence in order to be removed from the Swiss expertise report that does not exist in the Kosovo autopsy report. This counterfeit is made with the sole purpose of hiding the diagnosis that it's also about an additional economy, “caused by a strong stuff attack (body crash with one or many strong things, GODIY) MAKE FROM A MORE SERVANT OF FORTA, intense local spruce”.
